What happens if my TSS expires?
Your TallyPrime keeps working, but you lose access to free upgrades, connected GST services, cloud backup, and online reports until you renew.
Can I renew before my current TSS expires?
Yes! Renew your TSS before it expires and enjoy an extra 1 month FREE (12+1). Your remaining validity will also be carried forward to your renewed plan, so you won’t lose any existing days.
How long does a TSS subscription last?
A standard renewal gives you 12 months of validity. You can also choose a 2-year plan for extended coverage.
Do I need to buy TSS separately after buying TallyPrime?
No. Every new TallyPrime license comes with 12 months of TSS included. You'll need to renew after that period ends.
